We Love When You Use Speechelo For:

• Making school projects - Create talking presentations and reports

• Business stuff - Make professional presentations and ads

Please Don't Use Speechelo For:

• Pretending to be someone else - Don't trick people by making fake voices of real people

• Spam or scams - Don't make robocalls or fake phone messages
• Adult content - Keep it family-friendly and appropriate

• Harming our software - Don't try to break, hack, or damage Speechelo

Your Account is Like Your House Key

Keep your login information safe! Your email and password are like keys to your house. Don't give them to anyone else.

• Use a strong password that's hard to guess
• Don't share your account with friends or family
• Log out when using shared computers
• Tell us right away if someone else gets into your account
• Only you can use your account - no sharing allowed

If You Break the Rules

If you don't follow our rules, here's what might happen:

• Warning - We'll tell you what you did wrong
• Temporary timeout - We might stop your account for a little while
• Permanent ban - We might close your account forever if you keep breaking rules
• No refund - You won't get your money back if we close your account for rule-breaking

How Payment Works

Speechelo costs money to use, just like buying a toy or game. Here's how it works:

• You pay once for Speechelo Standard ($47) and keep it forever
• Speechelo Pro costs $47 every three months
• We take payments from your credit card automatically
• Prices might change, but we'll tell you first
• All prices are in US dollars

Getting Your Money Back

We want you to be happy with Speechelo! If you don't like it, we have a promise:

• You have 60 days to ask for your money back
• Just email us and say you want a refund
• We'll give you all your money back, no questions asked
• You can keep any voices you already made
• This works for your first purchase only

Our Computer Servers

Speechelo lives on big computers called servers. These computers do all the hard work of making voices from your words.

• We try to keep Speechelo working 24 hours a day
• Sometimes computers need breaks for fixes and updates
• We'll try to tell you before we take breaks
• Your voice files are saved safely on our computers
• We make backup copies so you don't lose your work

Updates and Changes

Updates are free! You don't pay extra when we make Speechelo better.
